Throughout my career, I've helped organizations solve operational problems, improve customer experiences, and create systems that make work easier for everyone involved. I've managed large-scale public events, built vendor and sponsorship programs, implemented software platforms, negotiated media buys, created training resources, and developed processes that help teams operate more effectively.

Again and again, I've found myself stepping into environments that lacked structure, documentation, clear ownership, or scalable workflows. My strength is identifying what's not working, understanding why, and building practical solutions that people actually use.

I've built departments from the ground up, launched knowledge bases, redesigned workflows, implemented new technology, created onboarding programs, and developed operational systems that improved efficiency and reduced friction across teams.

I thrive at the intersection of people, technology, and operations. I enjoy translating complexity into clarity, whether that's improving a customer journey, implementing a new process, coordinating stakeholders, or helping teams adopt better ways of working.

I'm also neurodivergent, which has been one of my greatest professional strengths. I naturally recognize patterns, spot inconsistencies, and think several steps ahead. It allows me to see connections others often miss and create solutions that are both practical and scalable.
